I'll draft an answer to these and post around 10pm Friday.
..And the Swans are the Premiers...The Ultimate Team...The Ultimate Warriors. They have overcome the highly fancied Hawks in brilliant style. Sydney the 2012 Premiers - Gerard Whately ABC

As it happens, the Swans have a poor recent record in milestone games. They tend not to make too much of them, but they lost Brett Kirk's 200th (in Perth against Fremantle, 2009), Ryan O'Keefe's 200th (Richmond last season) and Jude Bolton's 250th (Melbourne last year).

Time to break another Hoodoo I think.

Here's one answer: If Mitchell, Hodge and Rioli are as crap as they were against Geelong, the Hawks are cooked.

I'll have a shot at it.

          1. WHAT DOES HAWTHORN DO SANS LANCE FRANKLIN?
Hopefully play an injured Buddy (hi Ted) or rely purely on Rioli (hi Nick).

          2. DOES SYDNEY PROFIT FROM THE GOODES EFFECT?
Overall yes, a lot. Milestone - I think it'll all be about winning a final not helping Goodes celebrate. But I hope he celebrates a lot on Friday.

          3. DO THE SWANS HAVE AN MCG MALAISE?
Mal isn't even playing, probably! It's more the teams we play there and where our heads are than any particular ground. Three weeks in a row at the G will be good practice for 2012 and B2B.

          4. CAN HAWTHORN'S BACK HALF STAND UP?
Even the Swans don't understand the Swans forward lineup so the hawks have no chance. Lock Reid down and there's Spang, follow Jesse and there's Adam or Rino, or Benny.

          5. THE RUCKS, AND CAN THE HAWKS BRING IT AROUND THE BALL?
Mummy has answered all challenges this year (except the Lions!) so there's a good chance he'll make the difference and let our Cortinas take the winner's flag ahead of the Hawk Ferraris.

Hodge was one of the Hawks best. Did everything in his power to lift them when needed, but injury just bit him hard late in the game.

            Agree on Mitchell and Rioli.

Spot on about the forward line!
