He was one of 4 players coming up to the Central Coast this week for school visits and a clinic so I guess that will not happen.

My son's school is getting Jarrad McVeigh and Tom Mitchell. So I'll try to get some photo's and post here.

Tuesday Night (Valentines Day) the AFL had paid for a dinner for local Club Presidents and others to attend to meet the guys so I will try to give some feedback on that as well.
In memory of my little Staffy - Dicey, 17.06.2005 to 1.12.2011- I'll miss you mate.

Wasn't hammie problems the reason why he didn't play until later in the 2011 season? Not good if the are recurring.

Paul Kelly used to get tightening of the hammy but the trainers developed a method of massage that helped to alleviate the problem. This sounds more like a tear if it is 4-6 weeks. They can be operated on if the tendons are tearing all the time. From what I gather they stretch the tendons. I'm not sure if that is right maybe a Doctor here could explain. He did do it last year too but much worse if I remember rightly. I can't wait to see the Spang back on the track and on the field

They say Cyril Rioli was having reoccurrence of his hammy problems due to the way he ran. They've tried to alter his running style to counteract this. I fear that the strut is causing these twangs in the Spangs hams. I don't want to be alarmist but the Spang may need to alter his strut otherwise the ham on the back of the Spangs leg will continue to go bang!

              Bugger.

Is this the first pre-season injury we've actually had, aside from Hanners' miner surgery? I haven't really seen much news about these things.

Spangs ... I'm going to damage the other hammy.

                          That'll learn ya!
