Lamby and Lou Armstrong are both coming back from injuries bit by bit !!
it sometimes takes a couple of pre seasons for young fellas to have their body adjust to the rigours of intense training
I remember training for a 45km trail run and despite being fairly fit it took me 8mnths or so to shake niggling injuries from the intervals, long distance and hill sprint training combining together to make a perfect storm on my hammies and groin strains"be tough, only when it gets tough"

I've just been watching the brief replays on the club site. Two soccer goals (clever work), the supergoals (neat kicking), the intense tackling (nice to see Pykey feature in one of them). But the thing that impressed me was the way they swooped on the loose ball and the way they ran and linked up with each other. I know it's only the pre-season and that it was only the Kangas, but we could cause any team grief if we position ourselves in attack and link down the field like that.He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)Comment

Its on Swans TV. I find Google Chrome the best way to access anything that moves...If you've never jumped from one couch to the other to save yourself from lava then you didn't have a childhoodComment

Who is it that picks the ball up, speeds away, and bangs it into the open fwd line, for Rohan's soccer goal??I can't put it on YouTube, but is the club site unobtainable? Is this any good?
