On Ch 9 Morning Show they said that Horse had mentioned that we were underdone.

Did I misunderstand this, I hope I did at this time of the year.

Well my thoughts on clarifying the above are

Swans are typically slow starters as the business part of the year it September and the GF. Just a way of implying that we have room to improve! Give the players the "you need to do more" comments publicly. And to tell the fans not to expect too much early in the season..

Would never be caught dead watching Ch 9 morning show, so no idea what was actually said. But I think it is unlikely that Horse would make a comment of that nature in the media, three weeks out from the start of the season, if it was a genuine concern for him. Wouldn't he be wanting to keep it under wraps while he desparately tries to get the squad up to where they need to be?
