Always merchandise available inside the ground near the entrances at the SCG, and I think outside on the other side of the road too. I get there at sparrows, so not sure about the timing of the shop openings outside the ground, but inside no worries from gate opening time.If you've never jumped from one couch to the other to save yourself from lava then you didn't have a childhoodComment

Apparently a bean bag is the most toxic thing you can have in your house. If it catches fire the beans give off hydrogen cyanide which is heavier than air. So if you get down low to avoid the smoke the cyanide will kill you with a couple of breaths. This info came from our fire fighting instructor, a former firey.
