    Jetta

One player i have been very impressed with in the NAB cup is jets. Horse has obviously told him to work on his defensive pressure, workrate, tackling etc and i think hes been doing this very well so far. If he adds those defensive qualities to his game he will be a proper gun midfielder. his pace is so good to watch and his run through the centre last week was...keep it up jets!
LRT. Lord Roberts-Thompson. He may look like the Munster, but looks can be deceiving.

Were we not really impressed with him in the Bankers Cup in his first season as well?

    Yeah, that ended well....

8 tackles last week was a good indicator and he's at least started the season off on the right foot. He's a certainty for Round 1 and hopefully he can show that last year was a case of 2nd year blues...

He needs to trust his instincts a bit more. Like a Rioli, and just back himself.
He was fairly decent in the Bombers game.

One of my favourite players when he learns the game and asserts himself he will be a force to be reckoned with.
He will be a vastly improved player in 2012 mark my words.

The point about Jetta is that unlike so many other players,he can turn a game in a few seconds. One explosive run and goal against the run of play can switch the whole momentum of a game our way. These kind of players are rare but good teams need them.

Run and carry Jetts - run and carry. He's a lovely kick of the ball too....

Exactly - just let him run and carry. Back him. He will make a few mistakes but in the coming years the errors will slowly start to disappear. It's some pain for hopefully plenty of promise in years to come. If he loses the confidence to run and carry then he loses.

I agree but he didn't run and carry today. But then again it was not really that sort of day. A couple of times he had the chance to go and didn't and I was screaming for Homer's sake gooooo!

Does anybody know, for certain, the extent of Gary Rohan's injury?

A rolled ankle. Shouldn't be out for too long I imagine.

Thanks Scotty. Some wankers, on another forum, were quoting broken leg (in three places) and out for season. Honestly, Richmond supporters will never change...

LOL. I'm sure it would have been all over the news if it was that bad!!

He wasn't at the hospital he was itting on the side line. He will be ok probably just bruised or swollen from a kick.
