This is kind of irrelevant but I saw a tweet from the today show on channel 9 and it said something about the swans doing zumba. Were they on the program this morning?

The were. Sometime between 7-8 from what i recall. Pretty funny, some daggy moves shown. Not sure what the club thought the players could learn from public humiliation, but there you go.

Great fun - adds enjoyment to training and could be a wonderful routine just before ball-up.He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)Comment

Good to see it wasn't on Sunrise - the less we have to do with the turncoat host on there the better....

There's video of it on the Swans site too. Armstrong has a bit of style and swagger!
Saw him interviewed on the Swans site a few months ago and I like the look and sound of him, seems like a really fun and good bloke. I'm adopting him as one of my favourites I think so I'm hoping he gets fit and into seniors soon.Comment
