    Hartlett Plays On

I don't know how Hartlett got a free out of that mess because it was obviously holding the ball. But to then play on and get caught again you really have to respect the effort at idiocy. Let's face it he would have to get the 'Honourable Mention Darwin Award' for a member of the species that really doesn't deserve to survive.

Hartlett is one of the best young talents in the game.

This thread is more an 'effort at idiocy' then a young player taking a risk trying to lift his team against the odds...

The link between his decision to play on and his status as a human being seems somewhat tenuous.
He ate more cheese, than time allowed

I don't know if he had have made that decision with a train coming it would have been kapputz Decision making is the thing in life that defines a person in the long run. His decision making was very flawed, I can understand the first unfortunate fumble but to play on with Adam Goodes two metres away, suicide! Yes he is a talent and young players have to learn their limits and I think he just learned his.

My major head shake is that he got a free kick when it was definitely holding the pill.

..And the Swans are the Premiers...The Ultimate Team...The Ultimate Warriors. They have overcome the highly fancied Hawks in brilliant style. Sydney the 2012 Premiers - Gerard Whately ABC

A sudden out of the blue reference to a split second incident in a game two days ago has left me breathless.

Guess I need to keep up more!

Oh, and all the kid did was make a mistake..there were plenty more that day.
