    Round 14 vs GWS

I know I may be getting ahead of myself posting about Round 14, but there is good reason.

I was reading the "30 Defining Moments in Sydney" section of the Swans webiste and in particular #3 here:

For then Essendon coach Kevin Sheedy ... the magnitude of the loss is something he still vividly remembers.

?I don?t forget that,? Sheedy recalled earlier this month. ?They played their song (Show it to ?em Sydney led by the Swanettes) every time they kicked a goal, so I don?t forget that - 36 times. And then they played it at the end of the game for half an hour.?

Now it seems to me that the Swans have a good chance of replicating the result of that Essendon match in Round 14 vs GWS this year, and that it would be a real shame to let the opportunity pass to have Sheedy once more enjoy listenning to the Swan's Club Song play (albiet if only one verse) after every Swans goal in that game - 37 times!

Does anyone know how we can lobby the Club to have this happen (play the Club song after every goal against GWS that is - Ive leave it to Reid and Jetta to kick the goals)?

I appreciate this lobbying may take time and a bit of 'social network' momentum to get going, so best we start now...

I watched this game last year and tbh by about the 30th goal i was sick and tired of hearing "up there for sydney" and i am sure those at the game were too.

Don't know if its a good idea.

Maybe we should just pipe the music into the GWS coaching box, rather than play it over the PA system, then.

Still, this is the Swans we're talking about, so even against GWS it's unlikely we'll get anywhere near 37 goals...
