    Some help/info please

Sorry if I have posted this in the wrong area, but as a newby to the site it looked like the right spot.

This weekend I am travelling to Launceston with my Swans mad family and extended family to watch the Swans take on the Hawks. They don't get to see them live very often.

Is anybody able to provide me with any information on when the team will be flying into Launceston, where they are staying or whether there are any fan functions organised?

Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks.

Probably contact the club. Or hope that Jenny a staff member reads your post.

Send a PM to Jenny the Fixer Upper for us redandwhiters. She will probably be able to help out. Or call her tomorrow morning (there are two Jennys and I cannot for the life of me remember her surname) at the Swans office in Sydney. She is terrific and always happy to lend a hand.

Copied from Swans website: We endeavour to respond to all feedback as quickly as possible, however if you require urgent assistance we encourage you to contact Member Services on 1300 663 819 or email us at [email protected]

I do know the boys are flying down on a charter, and back the night of the game, so doubt there would be a chance to make contact. However you never know. Have fun.

        Hey FriendlyBomber welcome to RWO.
My daughter works at the SCG and has told me that the boys are definately training at the SCG on Friday and to the best of her knowledge, not flying down till Saturday morning and then back immediately after the game.
        Hope this helps.

There's a pre-match function at The Tramsheds, 4 Invermay Road, Inveresk from 11am Sunday.
Cost: $20 Per Person ? Adults
          $15 per person ? Children (under 15)
Light finger food but drinks at bar prices.

Contact the Melbourne office to see if there are still tickets available 1300 663 819

Apparently the Swans are chartering a plane to fly back Sunday night.

Enjoy your time in Tassie, FriendlyBomber. I've not long returned from a five week trip there and found the footy crowd at the GWS v Roos game (Bellerive Oval) to be very friendly but a bit quiet. Hope you can get a few of them on side and give it to the Hawks.
