I get that you don't like him, that's fine we all have our likes and dislikes, but can you please tell us why you think he's so bad on large grounds as so far this season, his stats don't back you up.

Bird this year has been consistantly in the swans best players... so not sure why there would be much to dislike? Last couple of seasons he has been a slow developer, but has also been plagued with injuries... so good to see him get a good pre-season under his belt and start to show what he can do...

He would be well served by a rest I reckon.
I agree with others, bring in another runner.
Gordon, Cunningham or Armstrong for mine.
Whoops....... I meant AJ looked laboured and sore to me.

I thought he played on Wells, and kept Wells' influence to next to nothing.

            That's what I thought too.

No change this week. Would have been good to see AJ get a rest for Armstrong as he was looking tired. Would of been good on the small forwards as well

Maybe AJ to get the sub vest?

Glad AJ didn't get swapped for Armstrong, our quickest defender after shaw when he gets going or mattner when he lines up a match saving tackle.

Didn't AJ player a cracker of a game against the Saints in the 2011 final at the same ground.

I would play AJ before Malceski if it is all about the sub.

I don't hate him but he is pretty one paced and this is discovered more on the bigger grounds. And he tends to get under his kicks a lot which is more obvious on the bigger grounds where they really don't travel far enough.

I like him a lot more than I did when he first started when there was a lot of love on this site for him, but he is no world beater.

But as I have said before the nature of the comp means you get a list and it's what all players make of themselves that counts.

Anyway we need someone like him to play on Hayes and del santo, neither of whom are quick but are both critical to the saints chances.

I really hope they don't start TDL as the sub.

Probably a good move no change! I liked the balance last week

Oh I don't think TDL will be sub that would be an idiocy. To just get some sort of balance happening in the forward line and to stuff it up? I don't think so!
