    Movement in the ranks

Swans announced Alex Brown off long term injury list and returned to Senior list and Harry Cunningham returns to Rookie list.
I think it was Alex who was running laps at training yesterday and looking strong;bit hard to tell with the unfamiliar jumpers...Matt may have noticed to confirm?

Alex Brown? I've just gotten over the relief of finding out Alex Johnson wasn't seriously injured!

Also interesting that Harry was returned to the Rookie list when there is still a free space with Gary placed on the long-term injury list. Maybe leaves the door open for someone else to be upgraded, or perhaps just an issue of paperwork.

You can't miss Alex Brown. He is skinny, tall, and the worst hairdo at the club. Typical teenage "I don't know what to do with it, what do you mean, go to a hairdresser!" hair do. Nice kid too.

Does that mean young Alex will be getting a run in the Ressies this week? Could be worth attending to see, plus we're playing the Suns, which should be a competitive match.

Matt Cameron already confirmed that AB would be ready to play this weekend.

In terms of opportunities for other rookies, Rohan's spot is available. In past seasons there has also been scope to promote another rookie half way through the season but they keep changing the rules and I am not sure if this still applies.

Actually I think I recall reading something recently about all clubs being able to promote another rookie after the byes finish post-round 13. This was regardless of whether there was a spot on the senior list or not. Does anyone else know any more about this? It was on the internet, on a DreamTeam site or something, so it's gotta be true!?!?

Good call Magic. I would like to see that.

I fancy myself as a pretty good judge of AFL potential from the vibe of the player. I think this guy is going to be really good. Don't ask me why.
