Terrible stuff, and bloody awful handball from (I think) Jack. The sad part about this & Rohan's injury (besides the obvious pain & inconvenience to the lads themselves) is that we really need to just be getting games into these boys.

I agree that Gaz needs the games under his belt, he's got a lot of developing to do.
But I don't reckon Parker does, he already plays like a 50 - 100 gamer.

Poor Parks: surgery, rehab and then a punch in the shoulder from Dad before he declared right to play. It's a long road.

Just finished watching the replay and the handball was from Reid. Two dodgy handballs from teammates, the first from Goodes, has earnt him two big hits and two injuries. Sad face.

Plus that Josh(?) Hunt tackle in the NAB. Trial by fire - he's tough, but still only 19.

Gonna miss Luke. Fast becoming one of my favourites. Quality kid, great work ethic and really tough. Here's hoping he heals well and comes back soon.

It will be interesting to see if Mitchell gets a game as a result. Certainly not now, but maybe in a month or so as his fitness improves.
