Anniswan had posted on FB about it in the first qrtr. It took the umpires until the 3rd qrtr to notice it!

My initial thoughts are its bound to be an Essendon supporter. Goes with the territory. And essendon supporters greatly outnumbered us last night so odds on it was one of them.

Looks like Essendon is now trying to play victim. This could get ugly for the swans in the melbourne centric media.

Why could it get ugly for the Swans? No-one seems to know who it was, so hard to point the finger at supporters of either club. Most likely just some idiot who couldn't even give a toss about the football.

I reckon it was just an angry alien having a go at Hirdy's girlies! He wasn't able to be found, so maybe used a Star Trek transporter to get away!

Send the investigators around to quiz Scott McLaren - he's a former alien (in Sheedy speak) - maybe he hasn't quite moved on from the 20k Hirdy spat of a few years ago ...

It's a natural fit for them. Biggest whingers in the league. Angus Monfries, reformed stager, now going the whinge after the event. Yawn!

If it wasn't one of Sheedy's former aliens, perhaps a ticked off Qatari made a trek to Melbourne ...

Before the game started and the young kid that holds the surplus footies, was walking toward the cheer squad, I saw him hit by a laser light, he told security and they sort of looked up at level 2, I am pretty sure it came from L2 not L1, I didn't see it used after that instance, I just assumed that they had gotten rid of the culprit, doesn't seem so.

Have you ever noticed Hird looks like he would be right at home on the Thunderbirds.

Bomber is probably Brains, Hird would have to be Lady Penelope
