Match Day Thread - Swans vs Giants

Absolutely beautiful day here in Sydney.

From where I sit there's not a cloud in the sky, and there's no wind either. Perfect weather for football, so let's hope it stays like this.

That should help encourage people to attend tonight. Any idea how many tickets have been sold?

The forecast looks good and it is beautiful now. Might even exceed the 19 forecast. Looking forward to this game as Sheeds is playing it up again. We will have to really exert our domination as a footy club in Sydney today. GWS are two seasons from a top team at least so we should be able to demolish them. The problem with this is it doesn't take into account passion and I think they are developing a passion out there so expect a hard fought game. I hope someone gets McDonald back for that cheap shot on Lukie, maybe Mummy ot Pykie can run through him legally and lay him out! Let him fell what it is like!

I am shattered that I have to work and that this will be the first swans game I have not seen in 8 years.

Swans by 50+ will quell my tears.

I dont think this game will be the blowout everyone is expecting, I hope it is, but i dont think it will be.

I can see Sheedy playing PLENTY of numbers behind the ball and clogging up their defensive 50, the same as the last quarter in the round 1 game, to limit the damage done to GWS on the scoreboard from the very first bounce.

Looking forward to a FOUR quarter effort from the Swans tonight.
The percentages at the top of the ladder may very well be the difference in getting top 4 in September.

          Go Swans
