He only seems to do these things when someone is holding the victim down.. I am glad we wont be seeing him in 3 weeks time.. I would hate to see him grabbing, gouging or whatever one of our boys..Comment

No judd against us
Brilliant. Murphy, Carazzo, Simpson, Scotland, Robinson, McClean their only true midfielders. I want to absolutely flog this mob. So sick of losing to them recently. Jack, Kennedy, Hannebery, Bolton, Jetta, McVeigh, Parker, Bird, O'Keefe we should have enough rotation to flog them in the midfield.
LRT. Lord Roberts-Thompson. He may look like the Munster, but looks can be deceiving.

Carlton could well win the next two (against Bulldogs & Tigers) which would give them Finals hope. It would be sweet then if The Swans went and emphatically crushed those hopes
To all those people who waited 72 years to see a South Melbourne/Sydney Swans premiership HERE IT IS!!Comment

It is really hard to know what the right sentence was because we have nothing remotely similar to compare it to. But once the tribunal came down and determined it was indeed intentional, I was slightly surprised that he only got four weeks, given he had a 30% loading that could have been added (at the tribunal's discretion).Comment

I'm with you Liz. I thought they'd want to make a firmer statement and he'd get seven (the rest of the season). Apparently he got 3 and 1 for his loading. Same as a head high when there seemed much more intent here and the AFL argued it was bringing the AFL into disrepute - the same claim as made against Hall, I think.
Carlton are apparently talking about appealing so it may yet be 7.Comment
