Lrt needs to lift, take a couple of marks inside 50, need to lower our heads when kicking into the 50

we are actually lucky to be in this game this quarter. midfield and defence just been terrible. in particular our complete inability to deliver the ball - someone just has to tell aj to send the ball long when in doubt.
