Seriously, how great would it be if they signed him? Remember where the Swans were when Barassi took over as coach, we had a couple of years in the wilderness before Plugger and Roos came, it took a while but we made a grand final the next year. It may not happen, since Sheeds pointed out (rightly) that their priority will be to sign four or five experienced players first to help out the kids, but it's a possibility.

Of course it is a possibility. He wants to leave Collingwood, it is obvious from the way he is playing that he is unhappy there. GWS, Dockers, Port, Richmond, Lions and the Suns would all be interested I would think and most would have the room in the cap and the money. Port would be the only club there who even though they have plenty of cap room have little money. Cloke would be a big win for GWS and Sheeds would be putting it up Eddie big time. He is only stirring Eddie like earlier in the season and look at the reaction he got then. Eddie went feral and the Broadie came out of the boy!
