Incidently, is there any hard figure out there on how many Vic members we have?

The article alluded to another thread about Swans being the most supported club in Oz included the following quote:

"The Swans may have left the Lake Oval 30 years ago but they now have significantly more paid up members in Melbourne than they did during those dark days."

That sounds right to me. However, I suspect there will be a lot more than 10,000 in red and white on Sunday.

I find it surprising that we'd have many pet memberships in Melbourne - I would have thought most were with the Cats or Dogs.
