I think I saw a trailer for OTC yesterday that indicated Jude is the special guest tonight. I might be wrong, but those with FF might want to look out for him tonight, in case I am correct.
Jude on the couch tonight?

They pretty much do, but even they ran out of reasons not to get an injured veteran of the top side, who just happens to have a face made for TV as well as a bit of a talent for it, coming into the last two weeks of the season.Superman still wears Brett Kirk PyjamasComment

In most cases its not practical to have a Swans player as they are in Sydney on the Monday.
OTC does have significant information on the Swans each week.Nothing like a good light bulb moment.Comment

We definitely do better for coverage than on any other Footy related program, but that probably just makes up for all the others. Mike Sheehan deserves a lot of credit for being one of the few old school Melbourne journos who truly gets that it's a national comp. It would be great if Horse went on at some stage, but Jude will be just fine for now. Obviously Gerard Healy and Roosy give us a bit of air time!
Hopefully Longmire will go on as Premership coach in six weeks or so. They always have the Premiership coach on for their post GF show.Today's a draft of your epitaphComment

I like Mike Sheehan for much the same reason as Doctor mentioned. He embraces the national comp and has serious opinions about issues and teams. Robbo on AFL 360 (someone I wasn't familiar with until I started watching the show) is fairly Victorian-centric. He also reminds me of a bloke down the pub, waffling on about side issues and huffing and puffing his way through opinions. Gerard Wheatley is good though.
Will be interesting to see what Jude has to say tonight. Hopefully an early return for the Hawthorn game!Comment

Didn't cover a great range of things.
1. He thought he had initially broken his leg;
2. Hoping to be back for Geelong;
3. Mitchell not to debut till next year;
4. Two Stewies worked hard on developing Lewis J;
5. Importance of Maxfield to the culture of the Club;
6. Tried to explain difference between Longmire and Roos coaching styles and Roos butted in and it sort of fell away from there.
The rest of the time Roos spent on clearing himself about trying to trade him and his own coaching style.
Seemed to go very quick. I'm sure Ugg will find the footage for viewing.
That's it in a nutshell.Last edited by BillyRayCypress; 20 August 2012, 09:52 PM.Nothing like a good light bulb moment.Comment
