    Lyons darting eyes

When I first saw the footage it looked very bizarre.

Robbo on 360 said that he tried talking with his eyes going rapidly from side to side and he couldn't.

I tried it and couldn't either.

Will have to have a look at a body language book to get some more insight.

Roos as usual, defended him ad nauseum when OTC.
Nothing like a good light bulb moment.

"you can't hide those Lyon eyes".

I too thought it was quite bizarre the way his eyes darted around.

Wish I'd seen Gerard and Robbo do that.
I'll give it a go in front of my IPad.

Freaked me out when I saw it. There was a character in The Mentalist (show on Channel 9 with Simon Baker in it), and his eyes did that too. Freaky.

The eyes are strange - but the Freo defence is familiar...
He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)
