Quentin(I think thats how you spell it) Lynch

Apparently he has become available under the new 'free agent' rules.

Do we consider him as we need another forward to help Sam Reid as he matures into the role.

I know he plays/ed with the scum(Eagles), but the man can play, can take a mark, can kick a goal, can kick a loooong goal.

    Your thoughts.........

Is 30 soon I believe but wouldn't be a bad option to give Reidy a chop out. If Gaz Rohan gets back he gets the role, but wouldn't be a bad top-up provided he comes cheap. He does have a knock on his decision making (operates on two modes: kick it as far as possible or butcher it) and can occasionally belt blokes and get weeks. Seems like a bit of a peanut. BJ Goddard on the other hand would be the dream...

He would but I don't think we want or need him for the future.

It would have a slight odour of the Bradshaw-style risk.

If we get QLynch, it will complete our transition to a mirror image of the 2005/2006 West coast sides.

Lynch is a softie for his size and would add nothing - who is softer Lynch or Jessie

Lynch can mark, can kick. We wouldn't have to give up anything to get him, and wouldn't have to pay him too much. Id take him over Moloney. I kinda like the idea. Nothing to lose.

It is an old saying from way back. "Tooth" I believe being the term used for meat from old sheep.
