    Watching the game in Sydney?

A few friends and I are heading to the Alexandria Hotel to watch the game. Anyone else going there? Where are you watching from?

Strangely calm about this game. And I think we can win it.

Soooo shattered, had all my plans in place to go to The Alexandria and a truck break down has stuffed my day and I can't go now won't even be able to watch it!!!!!

The Alexandria is the next best thing to being at the game.

Re: Watching the game in Sydney?

Sorry to hear you'll miss the game Jewels. Hope it all goes well today and you'll be watching a replay of a Swannies victory later on.

Unbelievably, it was my first time at the Alexandria yesterday and it was just fantastic. I mean, it helped that we won but to get so many Swans members/supporters in the one place is the next best thing to being at the ground.

I was terrific wasn't it? We had a great spot at one of the pool tables and the chants during the game were fun. There was one chap who really took the mickey out of Texas Walker and his revolting haircut, he had us all in fits of laughter. Just yelling at the teve with a bunch of others was worth losing voice for. Great day, heres to a few more in the next 3 weeks!!

Delegated my responsibilities at work and went to The Lord Nelson to watch it, in awe of Swans dominance and defence. Good vibes at this pub, attractive staff, knowledgable patrons.

Wouldn't knowledgable staff and attractive patrons be better.
