It's already been a long week.
The next seven days are going to be a killer.
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones who let in the light.

Ditto. We have everything booked to get to the game except the game tickets. I have never wished a weekend away in my life but I want Monday to come so I can get our tickets. Then I want the week to hurry so we can get on that plane on Friday. Sooo..... toey!!!

The hardest thing is maintaining focus, especially at work... Hope the players are doing a better job of this than I am currently, times like these I understand why they are earning the big bucks.

Probably will only be 6 sleeps cause I will be too excited the night before.

But right now it is strange ... no Thur night discussion of the Swans team selection, no last minute goss about who might not get over their injury niggles in time, no checking out what odds the online betting sites have the Swans at, no ironing my lucky Swans undies ready for game day.

Definitely Freo for me. Apart from Ballantyne, they seem like a good bunch of honest toilers. Fyfe and Pav are great to watch. Adelaide have always just been nothing to me and after my one visit to Footy Park to see the Swans (the Barry Hall final straw game when he belted Rutten), I don't think much of their fans either.

Freo I think they can belt the bejeebers out of the Hawks next week. Oh its going to be a slow week.

Freo for me. I can't stand Ballantyne (though he's a bloody good footballer) and I can't stand Lyon (though he is a bloody good coach) but any team with Pav in it is good for me, one of my most favourite non-swans.

Conceded that it is a bit unfair to tar them all with the same brush but the ones around me at that game were pretty hostile to my support for the boys early when the Swans kicked out to a three goal lead, just plain rude when that lead was surrendered and downright threatening after Hall hit Rutten.

Have been trying to relax throwing my boomerang on a nearby oval.
The players will be reefing and tearing to go in another interminable 7 days.
