I agree. Also his captaincy on the field is first class. I was close to the boundary in Adelaide (usually I am up in the stands) and I was able to really see and appreciate Macca's influence on directing and supporting other players.

If we had Friday night's intensity plus Week 1 Finals accuracy then we'd be a really really really really good chance.

Macca makes good decisions and he seems to have plenty of time because he is able to baulk and evade pressure to free himself up for a kick or H/ball

Can't believe the odds TAB sportsbet released for the grand final!!!!

          Hawks: $1.45

          Swans: $2.75

Simply amazing, I thought the hawks would start favourite, but not by that much!

No, its what TAB opened the market with!!!!!

I'm sure at those odds, the swans will come in heaps as more and more people place bets!!!

Adelaide showed what needs to be done. There will be people saying it was just an off day for the Hawks but they are vulnerable.

Yep, me too. Love the way McVeigh fires up the players. Mind you, I think he can go slightly over the top and be a bit a little aggressive if a team mate doesn't pass it to him.

Having watched many superbowls there commentators are a bit smarter in saying everyone gets sucked into believing the team with the best attack will win even though all history says the defensive unit will win.

So my head says more likely us but who knows. $2.82 says we aren't backed

jPK is $11 even though he has been BOG or close to in every final he has played
You don't ban those who supported your opponent, you make them wallow in their loserdom by covering your victory! You sit them in the front row. You give them a hat! Toby Ziegler
