Like an earlier commentator, I find Darcy to be totally irritating, adding nothing of value, and plenty of inanity & inaccuracy. Perhaps he is looking for a cheap scoop to keep his job for next year. He and Taylor should be demoted to the VFL and give us a break. From the very first game they have been a disaster for those looking for intelligent commentary. Hopefully we can continue to enjoy the Bruce McAvaney / Dennis Cometti interplay...priceless...Dennis is just terrific...though Bruce being voted top commentator is beyond me.

My thoughts exactly. What about Buckley's comments on his teams rough play against the West Coast with him saying "it was o.k. to test the other teams players" yeah as long as it is not Collingwood players on the receiving end of course.
First time I have heard of a player complaining to an Umpie. "a player was just to rough on me".
