I was feeling really good after reading all these until a greyhound at generous odds just won a race down in Geelong. Its name was Holy Rioli. The race caller called it an omen. Help me make sense of this?

It comes under the rule: Four legs good, two legs bad. In other words, good for the dog but not for Cyril. Fortunately.

I'm working in Queensland at present but got a ticket in the ballot so it's off to Melbourne tomorrow, albeit being stung by the airlines to the tune of $1500 return, but that's a pittance if we win.
