As an interview, I thought it was ordinary. Agree with your observation about just wishing Ed would shut up for a moment.

Didn't watch this & aint an Eddy fan, but got a new appreciation for him in the post-game Fox show on Sat night. Talking with Roosy, Derm & Lynch about what it's like to play (and win) GFs. It was fabulous stuff and Eddie's passion for the game made it moreso.

I'm not a big Eddie fan either but he handled himself with great aplomb on Saturday evening particularly when addressing Longmire.
Did anyone see the practise runthrough they showed on "After the Bounce" of Eddie introducing Longmire? Funny, subtle but funny.

Loved how Eddie said his usual "Can you stick around and chat some more after the break" and Colless says bluntly words to the effect " Well Im having dinner with you after this so no point in leaving"
