Race delayed for Swans Grand Final

Spoke to a friend the other day who was at the races in Sydney grand final day and one race was delayed because the game was in the balance and wasn't finished yet.
Another friend has a church function starting late because the priest was watching the game. He came down the isle saying 'WE WON'
How good is that?

I've had far more people comment on and tell me that they watched the game than in 05 and 06 ( in 1996 people just thought I was odd). I think general interest, if not full-blown supporter/follower numbers are on the rise in Sydney. Slowly, slowly, but it's definitely growing...
