Dean Towers is here already according to the Swans site. He was due to fly in today and start preseason training tomorrow. Now that is what I call keen. Good on him I wish they were all like him.

Yes I agree Nico as he has been playing VFL he is well versed in preseason. He is a mature age footballer at just 22, that sounds bizarre. Callinan or 'The Pod' I could understand being called mature age footballers as they were over 25 but a young lad of 22, I would rather use late developer.

I would say he is at that cherry ripe age to push for early games.

A friend of mine works at St.Kilda in Recruiting and they were fairly keen to take him with any of their picks 24,25 or 40.
They were disappointed he didn't get through to any of those picks
He also noted that Membrery was a absolute steal
