    "...non-cash expenses of $391,633."

    Depreciation on Goodesy's knee?

I like how the club managed to impart virtually zero information on its finances. The small profit is nice in the face of SCG upgrade but would be nicer to know a bit more.

3000 less members equates to about $500,000, plus maybe another 3000 paying customers per home game must give a shortfall of more than a million. Not bad under these circumstances.

I thought the SCG trust was paying some sort of compensation to the Swans because of the redevelopment. It's grossly unfair if we have to wear losses as a result of the work being done.

That's the only way to hide the additional $500 million dollars we receive from the AFL .

Depends when the financial year is for AFL, it probably runs the same as the tax year and would go towards next year's financial results.

Was wondering the same thing, what is the amount that the club gets for winning the flag?

But the additional costs of partaking in the finals series means that the prize money is cost neutral or even cost negative
