Team List Ted and LRT sign on until end-2014

As if there was ever any doubt.

Sydney Swans premiership players Ted Richards and Lewis Roberts-Thomson will remain in red and white until at least the end of 2014, with the pair signing new contract extensions.

Both Richards and Roberts-Thomson were contracted until the end of next season, but have now extended their deals by a further 12 months.
Moore added that Roberts-Thomson, who kicked a career-high 25 goals and was honoured with a Sydney Swans Life Membership in 2012, was an important re-signing for the club.

?There is hardly a position on the ground that LRT hasn?t played in the last few seasons. He is a tremendously versatile player,? Moore said.

Great news, both had excellent years in 2012.

We are quietly going about our business - as usual :-)

Very good news. It also means we can make jokes about calls to drop LRT for 2 more years!

Absolutely right. And he makes his mark wherever he ends up.
He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)

A Bombers reject and a floppy-haired hack. What chance do we have of a Premiership with those two!

Just watched the GF replay again the other day, both these guys were critical to our success all those months ago. Teddy (on one ankle - and it is obvious) got beaten a few times by Franklin but he shut him up good as the game went on.

Lewie was everywhere with a nice mix of finesse, decision making and aggression.

May they stay fit and ready for the next two seasons and we only 20 more buddies for them.

Are you serious? Haha. Richards is the best CHB in the AFL at the moment.

I want to see LRT in the midfield next year, just to prove the point.
