    The Return of Monty

He's back in red and white, coaching at the Academy.
Good luck to him, I hope the enthusiasm rubs off.
Buchanan back in red and white - SYDNEYSWANS.com.au

It's off the Club page, but the link takes you straight to the article - hope that helps avoid the problems some people have been having.
He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)

I hope he lines up ROK at a training session.

Good to hear he is back. His history would be a great encouragement to the boys.
Nothing like a good light bulb moment.

Yes good news. Monty is a great story being delisted, redrafted and then a key Premiership player.

Will show the Academy boys what persistence is!

How lucky are the under 14's to be looking up to an star of our club.

Learn the culture and what it takes to make the big time.

Good luck to him in the new career.

Not only Hobbit the Movie, but Hobbit the Man is in town. I love having him back. Just love it. He kicked the goal that put us in front, he is one of my 2005 heros and I hated he left. Happy now. All's right with the world

Well he is obviously not upset with the Swans and Roos for being traded unlike Dunkley is for being asked to retire.

But is he someone that 14 year olds look up to? Especially the ruckmen.

              Welcome back Monty.

I don't think any of teh talls will look up to him, he is a bloke with a fair bit of spirit and a hard worker. Great role model for teh young Swans

Is he still going to play for Hills Eagles(??) in the NEAFL, which was reported at the end of last year??

I might get sharp9 to tweet him and find out...

My young bloke is in the 14s and has mentioned Monty being there. He was very happy about it. The boys love the ex-players being involved as coaches.
