But, and I am probably wrong on this, Pebbles seems to just belt it forward from every contest instead of occassionaly taking a chance, lowering his eyes, and hitting up a target.

Something is wrong with the way the clangers are tallied if Everitt only has one.
He ate more cheese, than time allowed

Clangers also include Frees Against, don't they? So you'd also expect ruckmen to rack up a fair few- Mummy has 4.8 clangers, but 4.3 Frees Against him per game. His DE% is actually decent.

That's a really good result for Kieran. He's been fantastic this year. He's been exploding out of the packs.

New strategy: Jetta should try tagging KJ during the game. He'll definitely have to raise his energy level and get more involved in the play.

Players who have 20+ possessions a game are entitled to have a few clangers. Kizza's stats in that regard however are pretty impressive!

Brilliant! Just tell him to stay 5 metres goal side of Kieran wherever he is. Then switch it to JPK for the second half to confuse them.

Well if Everett has 1 clanger per game, then my thoughts have been vindicated, that he has stepped up a notch.

Agree with you about mike Satch. Maybe having a baby agrees with him, or maybe he has just worked his arse off. Either way, good luck to the man.

In Jimmy's opinion, Hanners has been our most solid contributor this year. Stepped it up a notch. Big performances on the biggest stage can enhance a blokes career.
LRT. Lord Roberts-Thompson. He may look like the Munster, but looks can be deceiving.

I agree. Hanners "Gut Running" and commitment and skills have all gone up a level this year.

I'm guessing it's a Seinfeld reference, but it doesn't make a lot of sense in the context it's being used in this thread...

Assuming the "mike" you refer to is our big Canadian friend; perhaps he has felt threatened by the arrival of Tippet and thinks he has to work harder on his game to keep his spot. Maybe he thinks it unlikely that we will play himself, Mummy, Tippet, Reid & LRT together in the same side? they were my thoughts when news broke we were going after Tippett.

Yep. Im Jimmy. He certainly does know what it takes our boy Hanners. He was BOG last week. If him and Parks can stay on the park for the next 2 years, it'll certainly go along way to filling the boots of Jude and ROK.

Mike is a definite improver visually, and has improved in several areas statistically, but was not in the same category as the others listed.
                              Mike it up on:

Also in Jimmy's opinion, if either of Reg or Teddy go down we are in serious strife. LRT gone for 3-4 really makes keeping them on the park crucial to our success this year.
