James Podsiadly - Thug or not?

I watched the GWS v Cats game today and watched 'The Pod' back elbow a GWS player. This is not the first time I have seen him do this, earlier this year when we played them he did the same thing to I think it was Kizza. It is a deliberate hit, he lined the kid up as the kid was about to go past him. Then at the last minute he lifts the elbow into the lad's face breaking his nose. If he did this to a person on a street or at a nightclub he would be charged with assault. Barry Hall said he would have got 8 for that and my nephew said Buddy would have got the season. If Mummy had done the same he would have got the same as Buddy. Why is it 'The Pod' constantly gets away with it, his hit on the Swans player was not reported, is he protected? I think he is and a few other Cats players too; Selwood, Chapman, Hunt etc.

I don't think he is a thug but it was a thuggish act and needs to be accountable.
