An ENORMOUS crowd assembled at War Memorial Park on Saturday to see Michael O'Loughlin and a gallant Greensborough side go down to ladder leaders Montmorency by 25 points.
Although they didn't get the desired result, the Greensborough faithful was treated to a highly entertaining goal feast as Montmorency remained undefeated, 22.15 (147) to 19.8 (122).
In a one-off appearance for the Borough, O'Loughlin delighted the crowd with three goals before pulling a hamstring in the final term.
The former Sydney Swans star fulfilled a promise he made to the Borough during a club fundraiser that he would play for them when the opportunity arose.

I wish I'd know this earlier.
I would have gone and had a look.
