The Giants don't even seem to have a cheer squad , let alone a loyal band of supporters on a clear winters day at The SCG.

Much better - Interesting comments from Roos, Lynch and co in the commentary box about Tippett leading too early and ending up underneath the ball. Makes sense.
He had observed that people who did lie were, on the whole, more resourceful and ambitious and successful than people who did not lie.

If we were to lose any players to suspension during a GWS game prior to an Eagles game in Perth, it's all over. Injuries, ill-discipline. Unswans like. Let's hope all is good.

It wouldn't be a 2013 Swans game without an injury.

OMG! I LOVE the look of the triple tall forward line on a dry day!!! All players get tired as the game goes on ... talls don't get shorter

Everitts marking has been terrific today. His kicking really good too, one from on the def 50 that he weighted perfectly for Hanners who put it onto Tippett.

                          Birdy! That is mint.

Sheedy now holds the coaching record for Essendon's highest conceded score vs the Swans (236 points) and GWS highest conceded score vs the Swans (171 points).

And if the boys had kicked straight our record score might've been given a shake ... but well done boys!

We hadn't really got hold of a team this year, so great to see us put a side away and get a good spread of players in form. Hope nothing serious to McGlynn - we really need his pace . The Tippett experiment is working fine.

Apparently that was the Swans' highest number of scoring shots since 1987.

Best news - we added ten percentage points to go top of the percentage ladder ahead of Hawthorn and miles ahead of Freo.
