    All Australian under23

    Two Swans are in this selection.
    The "desperately unlucky" section is interesting too.

          In place of who? He would be a short price to be in the side in the next few years, but no way is he deserved of a place in that side at the expense of anybody.

              Mitchell definitely not in that side at this stage. Rather than focussing on that though, I'd rather point out what an incredible piece of recognition it is for Dane Rampe in his first season of senior footy. We do bag the AFL media on this thread but they have recognised what a great season Rampe has had and it's a very impressive achievement.

              I'd say AJ would have been in this squad too had he not been injured.

                  Agree, but probably at the expense of Rampe who may well be still in the 2's if not for AJ's knee.

                  I agree fully with you on Rampe. Well deserved and I thought was pretty good in the train wreck that was last Sat. night...

                      Hard to believe that there's so much U23 talent in the comp....I'd have Parker ahead of Steven.....but then I'm biased :-0
