Is it too early for a brandy?
If you've never jumped from one couch to the other to save yourself from lava then you didn't have a childhood

        Probably. Have some scotch first.

North are looking like doing a job on the hawks early, cats game may have even more significance if Hawks lose today.

had a posh coffee and the first of a game day pile of Zumbo macarons instead. This will be followed by wine as the shadows lengthen. Trying out my new ultrabook for the game.

i am comfortable in saying we are a class below the Cats

their ability to break from a stoppage and flood forward with small chips and handpassing through the centre is head and shoulders above our ability to execute when moving forward.

we had our chance at around 32 to 20 to win back the momentum but we blew it and we never ever looked like bridging the gap.

The reality is that we are not going to try and play their brand of football and rightly so we are not ready to play it like North and the Cats thru the middle as much as they do.

North show why it only works for the best and the best are the Cats and the Hawks at this style of football.

                    Bottle of wine.
We are not in the same picture. Too old, too young.

Cement in their kitty litter next time.

We will still have to play them one more time this year if we are to win the GF.
Nothing like a good light bulb moment.
