          According to the AFL.com Leigh has already left the Swans and will join North Melbourne if he misses on Essendon's job. Check the Trade Talk.

              No wonder the Swans weren't going to let Dew leave also.

              I suppose he backs himself to deliver the Bombers a successful season...on the field....

              And therefore be in hot demand, for the next senior job that comes up.
