    Patrick Keane ?@AFL_PKeane 4m
Sydney Swans' Jed Lamb was the only player to delist himself at today's player deadline. He has nominated for the Pre-Season draft only.

I see the Swans website have already given Jed the Lamb chop from the players list.

Firstly, how can a 12 game over 3 season player be worthy of the first pick in the PSD?
Secondly, it would be hilarious if GW$ picked another player with pick 1.
Thirdly, and this will not happen, but the irony if he slipped through to our 1st PSD pick & we re-draft him to teach him a lesson. We don't keep players who don't want to be with us.
I suppose at least GW$ will be forced to waste PDS pick one on a lamb instead of a bonafide RAM - it makes me feel better about his defection.

100% agreement- Those Puns were getting over worked! I think he is a promising player, but without several top grade players to learn from, I believe it will take him a few years before he shows his best.

You need to understand the system a bit better. He's going into the PSD with a price on his head, a price it appears only GWS would contemplate paying. In other words, he's going to GWS at whatever pick they want him.

It worked for us last year...
