What's the bet he's playing with Melbourne in 12 months?

Best of luck to him. Shows a lot of commitment to come out here and take a crack at VFL level.
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time

Shows a lot of courage and determination. Hope he makes it. Agree that if he does he could end up a Demon.

Thats quite a journey. Very good luck to him, I hope he gets everything he is aiming for. Pigheadedness is a great attribute for a footballer - he won't die wondering.

Great idea to start at a VFL club to learn the ropes and with Roosey lurking around, why wouldn't he be given a crack at the Demons.
