    Bionic Ryan

Ryan O?Keefe?s attire at training this week was more than just a bold fashion statement, with the Swans midfielder taking part in a trial of state of the art biomechanical technology.

O?Keefe tested a MVN Biomech 3D kinematic measurement suit, which tracks movement via a number of strategically placed motion sensors.

The technology, which is often used for gaming and animation, generates data from the attached sensors, which can be analysed to gain further insight into movement and skill development.

I think Pebbles is a pretty good kick already

Seems like a pretty drastic and expensive solution to the alternative of more practice.

      Coming soon: the Swans holodeck!
He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)

I wonder if we could ever have talked Plugger into wearing "a MVN Biomech 3D kinematic measurement suit".

not sure Rhino can we called a good kick these days. Hasn't hit a target for awhile, mainly due to his extract, turn and kick mentality that causes a lot of turnovers. Which i can put up with when we derive so many benefits from him elsewhere

            Stop wondering.

            Never.

He was a simple genius our Plugger. Don't overcomplicate this kicking thing.

Him and Jude are the only two that were left from the old centre bounce tactic of extract and kick it forward. I really really dislike it a lot and is such a waste as almost every single time it gets turned over. Maybe they are trying to rid him of that old instict? I doubt many ruck coaches or midfield coaches would employ that tactic these days.
