    A glitch or ......

Just wanting other people's opinions on whether yesterday's shocker was just one of those things or if it was a glimpse of a very, very long season to come.

It was only game one of a long season, I know, but it was the most depressing performance by a Swans team for quite some time!

    Thoughts please.

Just a glitch. Horse needs to flog them back into shape and the talent will shine through. Don't worry

In the end out played by a young hungrier opposition who deserved to win. It's a wake up call to the players and coaching staff. It must be pointed out that the Giants are 4 - 6 weeks ahead with training. It's still only round 1 - 22 to go.
I thought a lot of the players were flat, fumbled a lot and panicked when the pressure was applied in the last quarter. The conditions didn't help but were the same for both sides. Next game against Collingwood will be a better indicator of where the team is heading.
Yes it was a shocker and hopefully they will bounce back.

We would have been flogged by this GWS team last year we started so slow.

After the game my only real concerns as a Swans fan, apart from the healthy ribbing I expected to receive from friends, was those 4 points possibly being a problem at the end of the season. I guess that means I'm not hitting the panic button just yet.
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time
