    Don't underestimate BOLTON's departure

Jude was/is my fave Swans player. That bloke epitomised the spirit of the Club. I guarantee that if he was still running around for us, many of these on-field issues wouldn't exist. The dude galvanised the team like Kirky and Kelly before him. With Bolton not there, our soul is missing. Goddammit, someone needs to STEP THE EFF UP!!!
Damn that Sorcerer! Twenty gold pieces and I'm wankered on rohypnol!

Well if you take the view that Bolton is gone, ROK pretty far gone, LRT is all but gone and Goodes is for most purposes gone then we have lost a lot of heart and soul over the off season, along with Mumford. Someone like Hannerbury you would think was a likely to step up but maybe his shoulders are rooted cos he seems far less interested in chasing and tackling.

Jude was good early and gone by halfway through the season and based on Ryans start he is gone even earlier - maybe if they had both retired in 12 and 13 respectively Lamb or Everitt might still be with us as both stated that aside from the money the club had older players returning from injury that were going to get "first" crack at a spot - tough love required sometimes over sentiment is the way forward - hopefully it is only Johnson's injury that is keeping Shaw in the side otherwise maybe Rampe would be the odd one out.

Yes I think if AJ was back shaw would be the one under pressure to keep his spot. Rampe has been a stunning success and was excellent on the weekend
