Total in kitty is $623. Enough for the move.
The cost of the move is already down to ~$500.
Maybe less after today. I have a couple of meetings today with movers and tuners.

Just over to $430 donated this weekend. brings the kitty up to $800.
I've just spoken to the moving place, they have offered me a discounted rate for the move. down to $USD129/hr and should take less then 3 hrs.
We should be able to move in the next week. As they are in the States, down time should be limited for us non night owls.

This will cover the move and plus a year or so of hosting. I'm glad I decided not to upgrade to VB5. And unnecessary expense.

The move is imminent!!
I've signed an online doc. That was interesting.
So we should be moved in the next week or 2.
Should be minimal down time, as most of the work will happen in US business hours!!

I've also had a meeting today to review our site, and have some tips and tricks to help out with keeping things running in the future.

I just need to catch up on all the sleep I lost the other night over this. Yes, I'm a worrier!!!
