Lance Franklin, The Wolf of Kings Cross

The Wolf of Kings Cross (Lance Franklin Spoof) - YouTube

Just stumbled upon this in my recommended videos on youtube after watching the interview Horse did just 30 minutes ago for the Swans website.

Pretty hilarious stuff! Worth a few minutes of your time

Well that's 2 mins 20 secs wasted. Not accurate and not funny. Time for all Swans supporters to get right behind Franklin. The players certainly have, Josh Kennedy's comments tonight being yet another example.

There are plenty of jokes to be made about Franklin joining the Swans. That managed to miss all of them.
The man who laughs has not yet heard the terrible news

if you have seen wolf on wallstreet well some of the script rip offs are funny

ie the end with the team song and banging the chest is a good Mcconaughey moment from the movie !

            Life's too short !!!!

BTW i thought the movie was exceptional - i felt like i was on a bender watching it !

Not nearly as funny as some of his previous efforts, I still say the Tom Scully one was the best (closely followed by the Brett Ratten/Gotye parody)

Not nearly as good as entertaining as the Buddy Party. I can see more effort was put into it than the Buddy Party vid, but still not very funny. Jokes and acting were poor.

                  Dragged a bit for me.
They were clearly going for a Goodfellas type feel, but didn't quite get there.

The guys have tried hard, but have not hit the mark like the Buddy Parody.

Has Lance Franklin hit the Cross yet? I have not seen any pictures or reports about Buddy being out late in Kings Cross. When the Swans signed him I thought he would quickly become one of John Ibrahim's favourites. That has not happened yet!

Probably not, he can't get past Rosebay ATM.

It's a harmless bit of fun.
It wasn't all that funny, but was amusing.
