How to buy Red Zone guest passes?

A little help required here ...

I'm looking at purchasing a couple of guest passes to the Red Zone for our next home game against GWS.

Has anybody been successful at doing this? On the Ticketek website it asks for ... "Sydney Swans members, please enter your barcode number(s) here to buy members reserved seating." Since my membership isn't for a reserved seat it says my membership number is invalid. I'm not looking for a reserved seat (tried that this year and they were terrible!).

Select red zone / red zone rookie in the drop down menu on the right. Then add your membership barcode number underneath.

Keep in mind they sell out quickly at the scg games too!

I think you have to be a Red Zone member to be able to purchase Red Zone guest passes.

Thanks for the quick reply - however, I've tried that and the website tells me that the membership numbers (all of ours) are invalid.

We are now. We started the season out as Premium Gold members but those reserved seats are rubbish compared to where we can sit with our cheaper Red Zone memberships. Perhaps the change of membership types is confusing the Ticketek website.

          .
Don't use your membership number. You use the barcode number on your membership card (for reasons that are beyond me).

            Exactly the same as us.

And yes, you have to use the barcode number, not the membership number - it's the number that runs sideways at the bottom of the barcode.

177th Senior AFL Match - Round 4, 2009 - Sydney vs Carlton, SCG. This is obviously out of date. I suppose I'll update it once I could be bothered sitting down with the fixture and working it out....
