    Best: S.Naismith, S.Biggs, T.Walsh, M.Dick, D.Robinson, G.Hewett

Reasonably sure Derickx didn't play and we had no replacement for him so max 21 players for this game

Won a championship, but did his shoulder and is out of the worlds.
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time

We have to agree on something soon MCS. We disagree on David Koch, tackling, who to trade in the offseason, the 1990s Man Utd era, spectators who leave the ground before the final siren, the value of the Eastern Suburbs Lifestyle and the brilliance of Isacc Heeney. Will we find some common ground soon?

Naismith looking good for either the sole third year rookie spot or senior upgrade.

Impressed with his tackle count, seems like he gets amongst it - and he's a NSW boy!

He definitely needs to stay. Hopefully onto senior list. We must be preparing for the post pyke era. It will be a battle between nankervis and Naismith for primary ruck in two years time

Stats are up on the Footy Live app.

                              Listes players + Mills/Hiscox/Davis below

                              Biggs 34 - 31k 3h (6 i-50s, 6 r-50s)
                              ROK 32 - 20k 12h (7 tackles)
                              Hewett 30 - 11k 19h
                              Dick 29 - 16k 13h
                              Robinson 26 - 14k 12h (3 goals)
                              Mills 22 - 13k 9h (10 marks)
                              Naismith 22 - 9k 13h (33 hitouts)
                              Lockyer 22 - 12k 10h
                              Walsh 20 - 17k 3h
                              LRT 14 - 8k 6h
                              Hiscox 14 - 9k 5h
                              Davis 10 - 6k 4h (0 goals 4)
                              X.Richards 7 - 5k 2h
                              P.Mitchell 5 - 2k 3h (8 hitouts)

Pretty impressive from Mills as a bottom age u-18s player, also had 4 inside 50s and 4 rebound 50s as well.

Encouraging that Naismith was named best afield, the initial write up on the website mentioned his athleticism which is reflected in his 7 inside 50s (most for the team).

Also a good sign that Davis is finding the footy inside 50...in the national champs he just seemed to have a knack of getting the ball both in the air and on the ground and creating scoring chances - that can't be taught. Pity his kicking boots weren't on!

Pat Mitchell must be the record holder for most consecutive games with exactly 5 possessions.
