What news of AJ, other than his assistant coaching in a recent ressies match?

According to Horse, Hanners is the least likely of the trio to return this week.

        No news on AJ.

Yay Matt Cameron is back. Enough with the other fellow and his secret collection of Swans Player voodoo dolls.
Before you criticize a man, walk a mile in his shoes. That way you'll be a mile away and he'll be shoeless.

Those physios are a bundle of laughs aren't they? Did I hear him say Tom Derickx has a torn hamstring? First we've heard that I think. So Tom couldn't provide ruck cover emergency for Pyke even if we wanted him to do so.

Maybe that is the reason that Naismith had the write up on the swans website. In case he gets a call up if pyke runs into any trouble.

Hopefully that means Sam will be named emergency. Though I think he will need to be promoted off rookie list.

Why was Goodes with the off legs group today? For those fans at training, what was his running like?

                        Matt Cameron Injury Update 22/07/2014

Aliir has had a shoulder reconstruction.

Perris and Johnson both opted for LARS and Perris is a week ahead of Jonno.

Tip & shaw trained & will train again Thursday

                        Hannas has not trained yet

Jones has trained and is ready

Derrickx has done a hammy & will be out for 2-3 weeks.

Marsh is being managed but is back on the track after a nerve in his spine was pinching causing hamstring problems

Good to see most other than the LTI's are back on the track.

Sammy can be upgraded because of the injury to Aliir. See this is why we didn't upgrade Biggs. I love Biggsy but maybe he misses out this year and comes back next. I don't think he will be delisted, he has been unlucky this year being injured at the wrong time.

Alex Johnson has only just had his LARS surgery? And he's a week behind Perris? I must have lost track somewhere between his second and third knee injuries.

Cameron confirmed that both Johnson, who endured his third reconstruction in two seasons, and Perris opted for LARS procedures.

?Alex had a LARS procedure,? he said.

?He had his surgery on Monday, so his rehab really starts in earnest now in the next day or two.

?He?ll be up and going after that.

?Lloyd had ruptured his cruciate ligament which he had repaired a couple of years ago when he had a traditional reco.

?This time he?s had a LARS reco and he?s going really well and is a week in front of Alex.
The man who laughs has not yet heard the terrible news

AJ had conventional Knee Recon but it didn't take so he did LARS. Then he did his knee in the first round against UWS reserves so this is his third procedure. Hopefully his last. He has only just had surgery because he went to the States on holiday.

While I get the joke, Tommy Walsh missed about that many with his avulsion hamstring injury last season
